You can change the past once you learn the ability to do so. As strange as it sounds, the past seems to be facts set in stone unless we time travel backward. True yes, however, a large part of your past is not based on the events that occurred but instead rooted in how you feel about the outcome of actions. Change how you feel, and you successfully have changed your past.
Think about a time you felt hurt. You got fired from a job, got rejected by a crush, or failed a test. On initial reactions, those are bad past events no one wants to experience. When you think about it negative emotions are attached to it. But ask yourself, is that the truth of your past? Is it as terrible as you remember or are the attached negative feelings altering the story you already fixed in your mind about?
That job firing you was a way for you to seek a better opportunity. That person who rejected you saved you from headaches and heartbreaks. The failed test provided a drive to work harder. Your past is about your perspective on it. Once you change your perspective you in turn change your past.
How does one do that? I will let you know once I discover the answer.
